• Prepare and serve menu items to Coffee Coffee quality standards

• Provide excellent customer service

• Perform requires sidework and cleaning tasks

• Use communication & leadership skills to work as part of a team

Requirements:

• At least 16 years of age

• Interested in coffee and/or tea and willing to learn about both!

• Barista and/or restaurant experience preferred but not required

• Experience in cash handling preferred

Expectations:

• Must work minimum 2-3 shifts per week

Busser Job Description

• Perform essential sidework tasks such as washing dishes, sweeping, clearing tables, running food

• Use organizational skills to prioritize work

• Use communication skills to work as part of a team

Requirements:

• At least 16 years of age

• Work experience not required- we begin all first-time-workers and all high school students as bussers

Expectations:

• Must work minimum 2 shifts per week

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Desire to learn and grow- many of our baristas start as bussers and move their way up!

Baker/Pastry Chef/Kitchen Staff Job Description

• Prepare menu items and/or bakery according to Coffee Coffee house recipes

• Develop new bakery & menu items

• Maintain clean workspace & fulfill required sidework duties

• Work as part of a team, utilizing proper communication skills

Requirements:

• Culinary school education/degree preferred

• Work experience in a commercial bakery/kitchen setting

• Enthusiasm & creativity

Expectations:

• Combination of weekdays & weekends

• Flexibility when designing schedule- daytime, late night or early morning shifts are available

• While we are closed on major holidays, the week/days leading up to major holidays are extremely busy and require full kitchen staff availability
